After you reach the consulate location, you will face the security personnel. They will ask you to show the passport and the visa application form.
If you have pasted your photo on the visa application form, they will ask you to remove it. For some reason, they will ask you to paste a fresh copy of the photo in front of them. It does not have to be a different image of yours, just a different copy of the photo.
This puts many into trouble as the most applicant do not carry the glue stick with them. Also, the application page may tear if you are not careful while removing the photo. You also need to be careful not to spoil the photo, if you do not have additional copy.
