Our charges depend on the appointment location and the requested date range within which the appointment should fall. Prices are mentioned in the respective submission forms.

No. Our charges are for booking the appointment. You need to pay the official visa fees to the Consulate / VFS separately.

You can cancel the appointment if you need to. However, our charges are for the service that we provide. We spend a lot of time and resources to book an appointment. Hence once the appointment is booked by us, we do not provide a refund.

No. The email id used for booking the appointment is used only for that purpose - for booking the appointment. Rest all official communication happens on the email id that you mention in your visa application form. If the consulate ends up making any communication on our email id (never happened so far), we will forward it to you.
